Hi there! 👋 I’m Michelle Wu Cunningham, a UX and Content Design leader based in Portland, OR.

I’ve spent 17+ years crafting content for digital experiences, including 10 years in UX and 6 in leadership.

I’ve built products at Google, SurveyMonkey, the Wall Street Journal, and Glassdoor.

I’m now developing Product Content Lab, a content-focused UX consultancy. I’ll partner with companies to deliver strategic, research-backed UX content that makes the complex simple.
